A Voice of Customer (VoC) program is a system that continuously collects, organises, and acts on customer feedback at scale. Step by step

Collect from every channel

Aggregate feedback from surveys, support tickets, interviews, reviews, sales calls, and social into one place. Any single channel is biased; the combination is representative.
